From the very beginning, we have been dedicated to excellence. We are incredibly thankful for the opportunities other jewelers have graced upon us. Many stores have opened their doors to mentor us in all aspects of operating our own successful, quality-driven store. We would not be where we are without them and we continually strive to follow in their footsteps.
We were taught marketing strategies such as how to deal with advertising, various buying strategies and management style from one exceptional jeweler. Another jeweler afforded Joy the experience of starting, running and managing a jewelry repair shop that serves 12 different stores. That particular jeweler also made Troy a manager in a sales position in addition to training Joy in buying. Yet another store and its jewelers instilled in them the importance of excellence in craftsmanship and how to best care for customers.
These jewelers as well as our time on the GIA campus gave us the freedom, trust, knowledge and experience to open our own store where we, in turn, focus only on giving our customers and employees the very best. By gaining experience and practice in different stores in varied locations across the country, we were able to incorporate different genres of jewelry making and service and we are immensely thankful for that.
Not only were we blessed with our past opportunities, but we continue to be blessed with the best employees who excel in their individual places in the store. In turn, because we have been apprenticed and mentored, we continue that educational investment in our employees.
We are unique; a true "mom and pop store" with high amounts of excellence in all the different aspects of jewelry service. Whatever your jewelry needs are, we strive to fulfill them in our store. If there’s anything we are challenged by, we will become good at it so that we can offer that to you. Our goal is to offer the best of everything: honesty; good pricing; trained, friendly and educated staff; and, of course, exquisite jewelry.
